Chile was our Country of the Week and the subject of our very first Travel Guide. Tourists have begun flocking to the narrow South American country to enjoy its long coastline full of Pacific beaches, the mountains that separate it from the rest of the continent and the country’s famous wineries. Chinese New Year kicked off last Thursday but the celebrations didn’t stop after one night. The holiday, which is also known as the Lantern Festival or the Lunar New Year, generally lasts a full 15 days.
