This week was a very important date as our Oshawa branch celebrated its 20th anniversary. After last week’s Summit of the Americas in Panama, we thought we’d take a look at the progress made in the negotiations between the US and Cuba. While the meeting between the two countries leaders was hugely historic, there’s still some roadblocks in the way of ending the embargo. Expect them to constantly be whittled down though! Almost right after we posted our story this week, Obama made clear his intention to remove Cuba from the list of terror sponsors. As you can see progress is being made quickly! Read more HERE.
