We would like to share some important details with you about some amendments to the OneCard Terms & Conditions that will be coming into effect.
As of June, all secondary cards will become invalid and inactive due to new government legislation put into place. This has caused some amendments to the OneCard product and features in order to stay compliant with new regulations .
We ask that if you have a balance on your secondary card to transfer those funds to your Primary card as soon as possible. This can be be done via the mobile app or at online at myonecard.ca If you do not transfer the funds by May 20th 2021 we will automatically transfer the funds back to your primary card for you and cancel the secondary card. If you need assistance doing so, please contact client support at 1 844 438 3939.
The secondary card holder may opt to purchase a NEW primary card if they are age of majority, and have valid government issued photo ID. Please visit continentalcurrency.ca for future updates on when OneCard will be available for purchase.
Due to new legislation coming into effect June 2021 we will be discontinuing secondary cards by the end of May 2021. As of the June 1st 2021 all secondary cards will no longer be active.
In addition you will be receiving a Notice Of Change to our current OneCard Terms & Conditions as well as a copy of the new revised terms in the coming weeks.
