Toronto is home to one of the most thorough and intricate transit systems. You can get pretty much anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area by bus, streetcar, subway or train – but it’s not always easy. As convenient and useful as the TTC is, it can also be incredibly confusing and intimidating.
To make it a little easier, here are some quick directions to our Toronto locations:
Get to Scarborough currency exchange by TTC
One of the easiest ways to get to our Scarborough branch, located in the Scarborough Town Centre, is by subway. From the West, Line 3 (Scarborough) takes you from Kennedy up to McCowan, with the Scarborough Town Centre being the second-last stop before McCowan. Subway Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) runs from Kipling to Kennedy, so connecting from downtown is no problem!
Coming from the East, the easiest route is by bus. The 38 bus runs from Rouge Hill GO Station straight to the Scarborough Town Centre and will take you about half an hour. The 38 bus comes every 12 minutes.
Our Scarborough branch is open from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM from Mondays to Fridays, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturdays, and 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sundays for all of your currency needs.
Get to Yorkdale currency exchange by TTC
Our Yorkdale branch, located in the Yorkdale Shopping Centre, is easily accessed by subway Line 1 (Yonge-University Line). From North-West, Line 1 runs from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, down to Union Station, and back up to the North-East side of Finch. The Yorkdale stop, only a few stops away from the North-West end in Vaughan, is just steps away from the mall.
It is easy to connect with Line 1 from Line 2 at Bloor and Yonge or St George. Line 4 (Sheppard Line) runs from Don Mills to Sheppard-Yonge where you can transfer to Line 1 and continue as directed above.
From the South, the express bus and streetcar route 29 runs up Dufferin Street directly to the mall and comes every 10 minutes.
Our Yorkdale branch is open from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM from Mondays to Fridays, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturdays, and 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sundays for all of your currency needs.
